"Freedom Hat"?

First of all, I just saw a freedom hat. And Its a top hat thats Red, White and Blue..And NONMEMBER. I traded my green glove for It, and they denied, I traded a phantom hat for It, They denied. -.-
There Is also a freedom star cape, thats Red, White and Blue. And there Is freedom leg armor! I saw that today, and I will show you a pic:
